Debbie will take orders for the Paint-a-thon t-shirts.  Marilyn will be responsible for collecting payments for the shirts.  Once paid in full, Marilyn will give checks to Lynda, who will pay the t-shirt shop.

Lynda gave the Committee the mailing on Nebraska Advocacy Services the clerk gave Frank last month.  The Committee is to look into this.

Buildings and Grounds:

The clerk has asked the committee to talk to Carol about getting individual keys.  The Committee and Carol will determine who gets a key with suggestions made to include clerks and someone on the Committee.

The clerk gave a key to someone a couple months ago when she was not going to be at Meeting.  Would that person, please, return the key to her?

Religious Education:

The Committee has been asked to consider the giving of Bibles to our youth from the Meeting.  If there are suggestions of Bible versions, please email those suggestions to Curtis.

The Committee also was asked to consider discussing membership with the youth.

Marshall is driving his route now because of health complications.  He does some walking along the way to and from his vehicle.  He is meeting with various Quaker Meetings and discussing with them their views on Quakers’ relationships with the environment.
