Meeting for Worship with Attention to Business
Fourth Month, Ninth Day
The following items needed our attention and we approved. . .From Ministry & Oversight: renewal of one year of advertising
in the Westport Back Pages and approval of Amy Zeh-Rommel and David Rommel as PVM representatives to the
Westport Cooperative Services. From House Upkeep: Given the go ahead to paint the paneling in front of the bathroom
and in the library and to continue with the work of replacing the kitchen floor covering. From the treasurer: Retreat—Costs
totaled $441, but only $295 has been collected so far to meet this expense. You may still make contributions to make up the
difference!. . .In other financial news, PVM operational fund income for March was $859. . .After payments both usual and yearly,
the checking account balance is $32.10. The 100 shares of Clarcor have been sold at $19@. Eighty-five percent goes into the
checking account. PVM now has an account at Quick & Reilly.
In other news: Penn Valley joyfully accepted the transfer of the certificate of membership for Geoffrey Smith. We welcome him and accept our responsibility toward his spiritual well being.
