Treasurer's report, Ginger: Income, $790; outgo, $2074.82; an operating balance of $237.47. All of the IYM donation has been paid, but many other affiliations are yet to receive their funds.
Peace and Social Concerns, David: work on the peace pole continues. (Sheila, who has
volunteered, needs helpers to plan and put in the garden surrounding it.)
Ministry & Oversight, Donnie: the Meeting needs a representative on the IYM M & 0 committee; those graduating from school this year will be recognized May 19; much more was discussed.
Quaker Education, Kevin: He asked for input concerning participation in the follow-up sessions at 9 on Sunday Mornings since a decision must be made concerning them.
Other business: Joel Hembry has requested membership in the meeting; Ministry and Oversight will proceed with this. |
