The Ministry and Counsel committee report was heard. Friends discussed the yearly retreat. The report was accepted.

The treasurer’s report was heard and accepted.

The finance committee report was heard. Friends discussed possible changes to insurance on the house. The report was accepted.

Friends discussed programs. The program committee will arrange to replace programs that can no longer be held.

The house upkeep report was heard and accepted.

Friends discussed contributing to Marcy Luetke-Stahlman’s trip to Africa with Friends Peace Team. Penn Valley Meeting will contribute the $350 from the scholarship fund.

Friends authorized buying five copies of the Friends Journal issue on parenting Quaker children. We will use library funds.

The FCNL report was heard and accepted.
