Finance: (Ginger) June receipts were $3,395 and expenses were $728. The current operating balance is $2813.77. A monetary gift, received from the Conroes of Manhattan, Kansas through a Vanguard Charitable Endowment Program, will be held in the savings account while Meeting considers how to use the funds.
Ministry and Oversight (Ginger): 2005 State of the Meeting report was read and approved. Iowa Yearly Meeting will be held July 26-July 31 at Scattergood School in West Branch, Iowa. See M&O members or www.quakernet.org for more information.
Other Business: After discussing our apportionment responsibilities to the IYM budget, Meeting instructed our representatives to retain and not exceed our current apportionment for next year.
An FCNL statement favoring the removal from Iraq of all US troops and military bases was read and approved by Meeting.
