The following names came up at the Meeting of M & 0 on October 9, 2001, and all agreed to serve on Nominating Committee: Marc Robinson, Lee Morehouse, Nancy Moon, Reva Griffith, and Carol Morris. The Nominating Committee requests that the House Search Committee continue to exist, with inactive status, until such time as the Meeting decides that the search needs to be revived.
The Nominating Committee proposes that a more permanent committee be created, based on the sense of the meetings involving the ad hoc committee on religious education and
that this newly created committee be called the Quaker Education Committee. With the Meeting's approval. Nominating Committee offers the following names for the
Quaker Education Committee: Carol Morris, Kristina Pearson, Kevin Chafin, Nancy Moon, Karin McAdams, Malcolm Edwards, Ginger Kenney, Matthew MacNair. Nominating
committee also submits to the Meeting that First Day School Committee continue to exist, with inactive status at this time, as a subcommittee of the Quaker Education Committee.
Respectfully submitted, Nominating Committee (Marc, Carol, Lee, Reva, Nancy)
